1 Acceptance & Scope of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "Reseller") and Muse RefRunner ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our web portal at artificial.ai.id, the automated Telegram interface @MuseRunnerBot, and our high-throughput RESTful Developer APIs.
By establishing an account, generating an API key, depositing prepaid wallet balances, or dispatching referral boost batches, you signify your full comprehension and unconditional consent to adhere to these Terms. If you do not consent to all conditions set forth herein, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.
2 System Definitions
Third-Party Independence Disclaimer
Muse RefRunner is an independent third-party automation service provider. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Meta Platforms, Inc., Meta Muse, Aura, Telegram FZ-LLC, Midtrans, NOWPayments, or any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates.
All product names, brand identifiers, logos, and registered trademarks mentioned across our website and documentation belong strictly to their respective owners. The use of these names is solely for identification, compatibility reference, and descriptive purposes and does not imply any official relationship, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.
4 Service Provision & Cloud Delivery
We supply high-speed automated digital fulfillment across two distinct operational modalities:
Orders are queued in sub-second intervals and executed across our cloud acceleration network at approximately ~12 seconds per 10-boost batch.
Pre-configured 1B and 31B Token accounts are delivered instantaneously upon checkout via Telegram Bot direct messages or bulk text file downloads.
All digital deliveries are performed exclusively through electronic channels (Telegram Bot chat, web dashboard receipt, or automated JSON webhook callbacks). We do not dispatch physical merchandise under any circumstances.
5 User Responsibilities & Credential Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of their credentials, authentication keys, and delivered data:
- Any activity originating from your registered Telegram User ID or secret API key is deemed conclusively authorized by you.
- In the event of suspected API key compromise, you must immediately rotate or revoke the key via the
/apicommand in the Telegram Bot. - Delivered account credentials (email and Webmail Access Key for OTP extraction) are generated uniquely for your purchase. Inside Muse, users may optionally link their own personal email address via Settings > Account Center.
- Users are strictly responsible for inputting the correct invite code and webhook URL. Once batch processing has commenced in the execution queue, orders cannot be manually canceled or redirected.
6 Pricing, Prepaid Wallet & Payment Settlement
All unit prices are quoted transparently within the Telegram Bot store interface and API documentation. Pricing is denominated in USD with real-time Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) conversion for local payment gateways.
Payment & Wallet Provisions:
- Prepaid Deposits: Funds deposited via Midtrans QRIS (IDR) or NOWPayments Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC-20, ERC-20, BTC, LTC, SOL) are credited automatically upon gateway webhook or blockchain network confirmation.
- Non-Refundable & Non-Withdrawable: Prepaid wallet balances represent digital service credits. They are strictly non-withdrawable to fiat bank accounts or external cryptocurrency wallets and cannot be transferred between different Telegram accounts.
- Zero Expiration: Wallet credits never expire and remain permanently valid for future referral boosts and catalog purchases.
- Anti-Flood Guards: Transaction debounce protection (3.0s cooldown) prevents duplicate debiting and accidental multiple invoice generation.
Automated Zero-Loss Guarantee & Circuit-Breaker Policy
We provide a 100% automated, transparent zero-loss architecture engineered to protect user funds against third-party invite code saturation and credential anomalies:
If your referral target code exhausts its maximum allowed redemptions during a batch execution (e.g. only 6 out of 10 referrals succeed), our engine halts further attempts within milliseconds.
100% of the remaining unprocessed balance is automatically refunded back to your wallet instantly. No manual support ticket is required.
All pre-configured accounts purchased through our catalog (1B & 31B Tokens) include an automated 24-hour verification guarantee.
In the rare event of an invalid initial credential upon delivery, an immediate replacement or store credit is issued via the support ticket desk.
8 B2B Reseller & Developer API Guidelines
Resellers leveraging our programmatic Developer API (https://api.artificial.ai.id) agree to maintain full operational responsibility for their respective end-customers:
- Authentication: API requests must supply the
Authorization: Bearer <token>header (RFC 6750), verified using constant-time comparison to prevent timing side-channel attacks. - Sliding Window Rate Limiting: Requests are throttled at 120 requests per 60 seconds (120 req/min) per key. Breaches return
HTTP 429with aRetry-Aftercooldown header. - Idempotency & Deduplication: Resellers are strongly required to provide unique
custom_idstrings to eliminate duplicate order charges on network retries. - Customer Support Isolation: Resellers manage first-line support for their own storefronts; inquiries from third-party end-buyers cannot be serviced directly by our support desk.
- Webhook Deliveries: Webhooks include HMAC SHA-256 cryptographic signatures and are retried up to 5 times with exponential backoff.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) & Prohibitions
You agree not to utilize the Platform, bot, or developer APIs for any unlawful, disruptive, or malicious activities. Strictly prohibited conduct includes:
✕ Initiating Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against our servers, edge endpoints, or API gateways.
✕ Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, race conditions, or unverified payment injection vectors.
✕ Initiating fraudulent banking chargebacks or payment disputes on legitimately fulfilled orders.
✕ Operating phishing schemes or making false representations regarding official affiliation with Meta Platforms or Aura.
Violation of this section results in immediate and permanent revocation of your API keys, termination of Telegram access, and forfeiture of all remaining balances without recourse.
10 Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
Our services and APIs are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operational availability.
In no event shall Muse RefRunner, its developers, operators, or affiliates be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from third-party platform policy modifications, account limitations or adjustments imposed by external platforms, or scheduled maintenance downtimes.
11 Amendments & Service Evolution
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms, product pricing, or API specifications at our discretion. Notice of substantial revisions will be published on our web portal or broadcast via the Telegram announcement channel.
Continued utilization of the Platform following any posted amendments constitutes your binding acceptance of the modified Terms.
